Monster mulloway caught at Kingston

A massive 28kg Mulloway has been caught in Kingston by Jared Smart from Keith.

The big catch was 145cm long and weighed an impressive 62 pounds.

“It wasn’t easy! Put up the best fight! Took about half an hour,” Jared said.

“It is the biggest Mulloway I have ever caught.

“After landing that fish it was an awesome feeling! Best fighting fish I’ve ever had.

“We were fishing at night and made some great catches.

“We caught three other legal Mulloway and 30-plus under size Mulloway.”
